Physicist for Strain, Pressure, and Force Sensing (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent development of embedded MEMS sensor systems for pressure and force measurement
  • Conducting tests and validations as well as optimizing existing technologies
  • Analysis and processing of sensor data in microcontrollers or PCs
  • Creation of technical documentation and reports
  • Active contribution to research and development projects in the field of MEMS and sensor technology
  • Collaboration with customers and colleagues to integrate sensors into product applications in close cooperation with external partners and suppliers


Your Profile

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, microsystems technology, physics, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge in sensor technology, manufacturing technologies, measurement technology, and system modeling
  • Programming skills are an advantage
  • Experience in FEM simulation of sensor scenarios is desirable
  • Responsible and communicative team player
  • Quick comprehension, strong organizational skills, and analytical foresight in project management
  • Enjoyment of tinkering combined with practical skills
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
